A bit slippery

Annie and I woke up at 6 this morning to get started on our day. She was so excited about the sun being out today that she wanted to get her chores done before the sun came up. Who is this kid? So we watered the plants in the basement, fed Banjo, and collected the eggs all before 6:30.

Then we made breakfast. Annie loves Wednesday mornings, because usually I'm not working till later in the day, so that means a big breakfast. Today was pancakes. This is Annie's favorite, not just because she loves pancakes, but because after breakfast she gets to go play "Chicken Pancake" with the girls. Another one of the games we play with the chickens. You throw the pancake and watch them run after it. Then you have to count the tails.Unfortunately it was a little slippery outside.
We came inside to get cleaned up.
