The scooby doo sort of parenting

Last night was one of my migraine nights.   Not fun for me, but I think Annie looks forward to them.  Strange...   Lately she has been asking me, "mama, does your head hurt?"   I thought she was just checking on me.   Then last night when my head did hurt,  she got super excited.  "Can it be a scooby doo night?"    Annie has connected that when I have a migraine, she gets to sleep in my room and watch movies all night.   Since watching TV is not a regular occurrence for her, an entire night of Movies is like hitting the jackpot.    At least this time I remembered to put a pull up on her.
